slightly stunned

dear readers

Rachel McHenry - the brave soul who recently invited me to come to Canada in July
has asked me to post the following phrase

"As of February 22nd, this workshop has generated more inquiries than
can be accommodated. A waiting list for workshop spots and other
related programming will be accepted by email only"

i am, as ever, humbled and amazed by the kind interest the whirled has in my doings and aspire to live up to the expectations...

  1. Quality, authenticity, beauty and generosity of spirit is always attractive.

  2. Well, that's just wonderful, India. I emailed Rachel twice to try and obtain info but never heard back from her - good to know *why* :>]]

  3. there's no surprise coming from this corner of the world either!
its fantastic India... you deserve it xo

  4. I'm not stunned either. Your fame grows as word is spread! I know I've told every living soul about you I encounter here in the Happy State of Illinois.
It was a special day last spring when I learned of your book while reading someone's comment about natural dyeing on another site. It took me just 5 seconds to discover your website and blog, another 30 perhaps to open up Amazon and order Eco Colour. What a treasure trove it is and what a treat it is to have discovered another organic printmaker even if you are on the other side of the whirled.

  5. you're all very kind.
    thank you.

  6. No surprise here either. You are a star India!

  7. Kudos to you-- am not surprised at all-- you have such a following--if I was closer-- and if I worked with textiles and fabric and plant dyes-which I don't-- I would take your workshops too.

  8. oh, who wants to miss the only and one eco- goeroe? If there is any chance next year..?

  9. Well, I'm not stunned. I think what you do is unique.
