still life lives

am spending time
wandering hospital corridors
truly depressing places
despite all the good they do
thank goodness for the batfone
something to play with
when one is sent out of the room
while they poke and prod

posting may be a little sporadic
over the coming weeks

  1. Hospitals can be awful.

Here in the UK, they have begun exhibiting art in many hospitals, and choosing therapeutic healing condusive colours for the walls and aromatherapy plug ins. Of course it varies between hospitals.

I hope whoever you are visiting gets well soon.

  2. Oh my, I hope everything turns out well for you and your loved one.
You've captured the starkness and somberness maybe a bit too well in these photos. The mood leaps off of my screen and tugs at me.

  9. hope your beloved one will get good energy from your caring - these photo's seems very 'cold' and strange, so clinic. You've captured the emotion in a very strong way.
