  2. As I pack up the remaining few items and ready myself for our move to Seattle I am sometimes asking myself the same question. Travel safe and well, Favorite Bear.

  3. India, you strike me as one of those rare individuals who can be happy both at home and away from home.

  5. I always hate to leave, but when I get where I am going it's a nice surprise ... sometimes it's even so wonderful to be there I don't want to go home! I am sure you are the same ... your home seems a wonderful place - it certainly looks gorgeous in that light

  6. Lovely photos.... you are in an outward-sharing part of your cycle, but home is always there waiting. Blessing that you have it.

  9. I know how you feel... leaving for workshops are hard.. all the planning and packing.. I used to wonder WHY myself... it is always hard to leave the place you love... but once I got there I had a good time, met good people... and the return was always wonderful... same for you.

  10. When those n'orleans folks welcome you with open arms there'll be good balm for the soul ! Then you can jump on that purple bike & have a fine peddle and say "hi" to everything again ;>]

Still, must be doubly difficult to depart from home when it's a place you know every tree and [almost] every leaf right down to the red dust molecules.

    Welcome Back stateside nonetheless!

  15. Alas it is only in leaving home, which makes returning "home" ever so much nicer. Plus we are all blessed that you do leave home and share of yourself. That said your photos of home are AWE inspiring!
