runNing with scissoRs

for a long time now i've been making objects as 'blanks' [all white] and then dyeing them
lately
i've been forcing myself
to
run with scissors
and reverse the order of things

  4. the textures you get are simply amazing. Many years ago I thought I would be a quilter and I remember buying lots of fabric and cutting up lots of squares and never sewing one thing...so your whole process mindboggles me.

  12. Such fluidity and subtle colors are dream-like. I've done arashi shibori with silks and often hoped for this type of nuanced shadings. Thank you for giving us a peek!
