How wonderful! I can't get over their frames - those huge back legs, and long tails for balancing. Well, they're not something we get in southwestern Ontario on a regular basis... :)
they're lovely creatures and have realised that our farm is a place of refuge, where nobody will take potshots at them. Australia's a curious nation, where they happily feed the national emblem to dogs and cats, and where hundreds of thousands of these gentle animals are 'culled' annually. sickmaking.
The only thing in my backyard, are neighbours, and in the yard over, more peeps. These look cute, what do they taste like? (Typical Maori, I can hear all my uncles smacking their lips and sizing them up for the next hangi).
Amazing photo! And you see those cute guys just hopping around? I am so envious.
